Have a great weekend watching what is almost certain to be absolute scoring insanity. I may pop on this thread to gnash me teeth about GW, but I won't be watching this weekend--I'll be away without TV for the most part.

Get ready, we're about to find out who doesn't make SECs!

Still crazy to me that they are not allowing a 9th team to compete. There is no problem with having 5 teams in session 1.

Just silly that Arkansas is the only team in a conference that will not get to compete at the conference championship.

The wild thing is that Arkansas is still not out of it.

Given how they’ve been all season, is it implausible that Alabama, at Michigan, would count a fall on either beam or some other random event (bars comes to mind) and not increase their NQS?

In that scenario, Arkansas would need slightly below 197.4 at home to pass.

If Auburn doesn’t increase its NQS, it’s an even easier task for Arkansas- that’s the 197.15+ that others have pointed out.

Idk, so much discussion and interest is being generated by this, who is going to be left out of SEC's I can imagine the folks upstairs are pretty happy with it.

I'm half tempted to go over the reddit and see those rabid Arkansas fans who vehemently hate Auburn for some reason (no, really, the depth of their hatred for "that cow school" is impressive, but I don't get it AT. ALL. I find it hilarious that Arkansas fans are insulting another school as a hick school). The meltdowns are undoubtedly pretty impressive.

Arkansas finishing 9th in the SEC is the correct placement. Despite claims from their fans that they are 'underscored' all season, they just didn't have the polish and finer details in their routines compared to their competitors.

GW has fallen to 39th in the daily rankings. West Virginia, peaking at the best time, has leapt to 35th.

Both have another meet this weekend, so there’s the possibility of more movement. GW would need above a 195.900 on Sunday to climb back to 36th.

If they do that, then the Penn State regional 400-mile problem becomes even more absurd because now WVU is added to the problem, instead of simply swapping out GW.

Florida was feeling gifty last night for senior night.
Miranda-Harris 10 on beam, Wong 10 on floor, Ferris 10 on vault.
198.625, season high for all teams and Florida's 2nd highest team score of all time.

Two meets in a row that GW has put up a non-counting score. They have to get it together tomorrow at Maryland and then at EGAL championships. They have no one to blame but themselves for underperforming.
