What was that giant bubble on Frazier's foot?

The scoring at the UCLA meet made me angry. It feels like they're cheating through scoring. Generally they start off kind of rough and improve throughout the year. This year, I feel like they haven't improved much.

It was interesting to hear their coach acknowledge that the constantly changing line ups caused inconsistency.
