I'm trying to get off Twitter, but not everyone I follow has moved over to BlueSky. So I keeping peaking over there to find things like videos and hockey news and whatnot. One day I'll be able to delete that app, but not quite yet.

Westerman sees herself as a bars girl? Her form is nice enough, but her difficulty is low and I don't see a lot of capacity for upgrades. I'll be very curious to see how she and any other Hill's elite progress. This is the first group that Kelli didn't have a hand in developing.

Why? What’s the deal with twitter?

It's run by Elon Musk, who's made it into some sort of support for MAGA-esque politics, and who's made all sorts of decisions detrimental to the platform. Alas supporting Twitter/X is de-facto supporting Musk. I deleted my account a few weeks after he took over when he removed a lot of the moderation protections and laid off half the staff, and it's only gotten far worse since. I try to give it as few clicks as reasonable, though it's hard to fully avoid.

I’ve never been part of gym twitter, there are some good accounts, but overall there is wayyy too much drama. Hopefully the good content moves elsewhere

I mostly avoided the gymnastics community on twitter. By and large, those are not sane people--they make hockey Twitter look reasonable and well-informed and inclusive.
