There already is parity. LSU or Florida could have won if they hit to full potential. Both had very subpar vault rotations.
Parity isn't the same team winning NCAAs 75% of the time since 2014. It's not fun anymore. I thought things would be more interesting after Michigan won in 2021, but they haven't been.

It's not a lack of parity that is keeping Florida from being able to hit when it counts, or UCLA from getting a competent vault coach. LSU and Oklahoma were separated by less than a tenth and both equally overscored; that's parity. There's so much parity now that ~90% of routines without a fall in this meet were bunched between 9.825 and 9.95. If anything NCAA needs less "parity" and more score separation.

Watching OU win is like watching a basic chocolate chip cookie win every bake-off. Like, yeah, the chips are evenly distributed and it is the ideal golden brown color around the edges, but dude... it's just so boring. Florida is still my favorite, but they gave away way too many tenths today. Results were correct, but the only exciting part was Minnesota making history. They should be so proud right now!
