Would the judges actually go through the motions of assessing the SV of an elite routine in a situation like that, or would it be safe to assume they meet the threshold for a 10?

I dont know the elite code, but years ago right before Kayla Williams did elite we rotated with her in a level 10 session. The elite code had already switched the leap pass requirement, but level 10 still had a direct connect requirement. She did not do one and therefore started at a 9.5.
Also, in a previous code the elites did not have a two salto/combo pass and we have always had that in level 10. Not having one would also result in a 9.5 SV. So there are possibilities where they may not meet the requirements.

Some of the juniors have started to receive AIN status ahead of junior euros. So far, Ksenia Butorina and Radmir Musaev. I don’t know why particularly those 2 first, but it could be just administrative reasons as they are both from Moscow. I don’t really keep up with junior mag but the other girls I’d expect to be registered in the coming weeks are Polina Dmitrieva, Alexandra Andrianova, Kira Ivanova and Alina Yarina
