I'm not a Martha fan per se, but she'd probably do a better job than Forminte. I imagine she would take zero crap from the Voineas. In fact, watching the Voineas try to pass stuff over on her would probably be entertaining because of that.
 
I'm bored, so I wanted to look at the numbers for Forminte's previous tenure (2017-2020), just to highlight how absurd his appointment is.
2017 Individual European Championships
Olivia Cimpean (26th) and Ioana Crisan (29th) made it into the AA final due to the 2-per-country rule. The former ended up in 23rd place, while the latter was 16th.
2017 Individual World Championships
Ioana Crisan placed 27th in AA Quals and was called up to replace Reagan Smith. She finished in 23rd place.
2018 European Championships
TQ - 12th place || 147.663 ||
Denisa advanced to the vault and floor finals, earning a bronze and silver medal, respectively.
2018 World Championships
TQ - 13th place || 153.763 ||
Once again, Golgota was the only gymnasts who competed beyond Prelims, with a 19th place finish in the AA final.
2019 Individual European Championships
Denisa qualified for the AA, VT, BB & FX final.
2019 World Championships
TQ - 22nd place || 151.895. ||
Spain placed 12th & qualified a full team for Tokyo with a score of 159.021.
Maria Holbora earned her nominative spot for Tokyo by placing 54th in AA prelims.
