In USA do they release what the alcohol reading was or what drugs were detected for a DUI?

The blood alcohol level limit is set by the state’s laws. I imagine the locals determine whether to release it,

With her delicate health condition, she shouldn’t be drinking so much, much less DUI. I know this in part by experience. Years ago I got so drunk I had to be driven home. Later, I made a New Year’s resolution not to drink like that again. I still drink, but moderately, and without getting drunk.
