She was from Ladywell Gymnastics Club, which is where Catherine Lyons started out. By the style of her gymnastics, I’m assuming that at some point she was also coached by Rochelle Douglas. However by 2013, Rochelle**
and most of her gymnasts had left Ladywell and were at Europa. It would appear that Ella stayed at Ladywell and the coach in the video with her is Ladywell head coach Shirley Callaghan.
** Rochelle Douglas is in every sense, Maggie Haney with a British accent. Her group of girls, who were called Team Sparkle, always trained as a separate entity within another gym.
