Cutting floor music

Is there anyone out there who is good at cutting music and wouldn’t mind helping me out? I’ve got a piece of music I’d like to use but the whole piece is just over 3 mins long and I can’t decide which bits would be best to use or how to trim it down as I like it all
anyone with a good ear for music would be greatly appreciated
