Today in mathematically impossible scores, Lauren Williams had a clear bounce back to OOB on her first pass, and a clear slide forward on her second. Still scored a 9.925.

Been clear all night how the judging is going, but with Georgia struggling in beam, Arkansas absolutely doesn't need such blatant help.

The Alabama/Oklahoma was great. Both teams looked really good and nothing controversial happened.

Georgia/Arkansas was good of you ignored the scores. Both are good teams at home bit still some things to work on when they travel. I could see Georgia making nationals if they can get over their beam nerves.

Watching Florida next. See why they imploded.

It was so strange, because the vault judges were like "Nope, absolutely not!" while on the other events they happily ignored obvious errors for 9.9+ scores.

I would love for Josc's ncaa coaches to bring her back to basic drills and improve form. I think we all agree she is a great athlete and seems like a great person and we want her to have great gymnastics. Being as short and muscular as she is, her gymnastics are never going to look like a Nastia-type gymnast will but she could look like a Simone-type with execution improvements. We've already had Skinner-type and didn't love it so no need to revist that.

Is it that her vault form is worse than the average NCAA vaulter's, who has pretty good form, whereas her form on the other events is closer to the norm in NCAA? There are deductions to be taken that aren't in most NCAA vaults, but hers is more glaringly obvious when you watch a string of pretty clean, well-done Yfulls or Y1.5. She did the Cheng last night (i think); can she do a clean full?

I was so sad about Florida's rough night. I love them. The second half was decent, but the first event alone pretty much doomed them. I'm so loving Georgia. I really disliked them for a long time until they won me back over last year. This year they look even better. Arkansas looks good this year... well, for the most part. Missouri, too. Florida may have handed them the win, but they had a really good meet on their own merit and deserve credit for that.

Still wild that Iowa State had to cancel due to not enough gymnasts to compete.

To be a fly in that locker room...

If any other meets get cancelled due to this, I don't see AMG staying.

I wasn't watching closely enough to say with confidence what vault Roberson did; Spencer said Cheng, CGN said Lopez. Usually I defer to Spencer on stuff like this, but there's less than zero reason for her to donate Cheng in NCAA. I'll see if I can't find video.

I don’t mean to get at you personally, because it’s something I see all over the gymternet. But this attitude really needs to die.

Kentucky turning it around with a 197.325 win against Auburn, who had to count a 9.325 on bars. Even without the bars fall counting, Kentucky still would have won. Good to see them get back on track.
