Just minor things really - there was a leg separation on her 2nd pirouette, a couple of her bar transitions looked a bit messy, slight hop on her landing. Tiny things that most people don't see, but she's lost a mark and a half somewhere! However, none of this really matters because the rest of the world is miles behind her!
Sure, she lost 1,5 points somewhere, but let's not pretend she usually scores a 10 E. What I meant is, I don't really feel like she didn't do her usual perfect routine, as you stated.

But love to be proven wrong of course! Who knows she'll reach for 16 points in the EF.

Thank you! Looks like they downgraded her Lopez to a Pod.

Not sure why you bring Olson to do a Lopez when you have two other athletes doing 2 vaults...

Apparently Canada’s selection procedures have minimum scores to be met to be considered. Only four of their gymnasts met the standard, so they sent all of them, including Shallon.

Singapore's Amanda Yap did very well. She's currently third on beam. I don't know if her 13.3 will be enough to keep her in the top 8 after the remaining subs, but stranger things have happened. She won silver at last year's Jr. Asian Champs.
I was impressed with her 7.8 for execution - that's not a bad E score at all. A bit more difficulty (or cheesery ;) ) and she could be a contender!

Start list for Subs 4-10 are available now (beginning on p. 12 of the PDF).

Roberson is still slated to do both FX and V.

Zhou Yaqin is not doing FX. I hope she isn't injured.

My guess is Roberson will warm up vault and floor. If vault goes terrible, maybe they pull her. More likely, she warms up both, competes floor, and then the decision is made if she'll do vault. (assuming, of course, she doesn't turn her ankles into pudding during warm ups)

Gonna need Scott Bregman to give us live updates from warm ups! Because I highly doubt a sub-par FTY and Lopez is going to get a spot in vault finals. And if that's all she can show, they're you're weighing competition experience vs. that's an embarrassing combo of vaults for a US vault specialist.
