I have a connection to this one... wish her luck!

They made her a special one of a kind leotard... it's an AFSOC leo...

Will this be 3 seasons in a row where a seeded Auburn does not make it to regional finals?
Will "normal" Georgia show up to fend off Arizona in regional semifinals?

Update: Georgia is down both Csenge and Naya.

Round 1 seems really straightforward.

But Alabama / cal and Kentucky / MSU have potential to be nail biters in round 2 (and to a lesser extent Georgia / missouri), then UCLA / Utah is a rough fight in nationals should things play out normally. Cal/UCLA/Utah feels very tight for that fourth spot, and that's not even counting cal has to get through Alabama first at home.

Anything else I'm missing? I like an LSU repeat this year, gotta be the most impressive roster and they've delivered all season.

Gabby Stephen with a postseason ten on vault! Here's hoping MSU saves some steam for Saturday night.

GW' has some good individuals. It's a shame they didn't advance as a team. Delaney DeHaan showed a BHS mount and a double turn on beam, Lola Montevago had beautiful lines on bars, and of course there's floor phenom Kendall Whitman still to go.

GW just couldn't put together 4 good events during the same meet that last few weeks of the season. They finally did at EAGL championships, but at that point they were already eliminated.

Lola is a freshman, so hopefully the team can continue to improve and grow and return to regionals soon.

Frankie Price appears to have blown her Achilles on her first pass. Shame.

I was hoping Michigan (or even Maryland!) could pull off the upset. Alas, Arkansas advances. Maryland's Maddie Komoroski might advance to nationals on beam, she's tied to Aleah Finnegan and Isabella Magnelli. Finnegan will go with LSU, but I'm not sure who hold the tired breaker between Komoroski and Magnelli.

Utah regional all around race:
1. Avery Neff (Utah) 39.650
2. Jordan Chiles (UCLA) 39.600
3. Madison Ulrich (Denver) 39.575

Penn State Regional All Around race:
1. Gabrielle Stephen (Michigan St) 39.750
2. Aleah Finnegan (LSU)/ Kaitlin Chio (LSU) 39.625- not sure who would win the tie break.
3. Joscelyn Roberson (Arkansas) 39.600

I was going to do events, but there are so many ties I don't know who would win the tie break.

Maryland's 196.825 is its highest regional score ever. The previous high was 196.675 in 2023. With this score, they will end the season safely ranked in the 20's.

The results from about 6 teams today will determine whether Maryland can finish above last season's 26th place or even 2023's 23rd place.
