Not bad but the music is too quick for her, she spent the majority of the routine trying to keep her choreo up to the beat of the song, and ended after the music stopped.

There was a medical emergency on the flight that the delegation from Russia was on from Jakarta to China. It would seem that Team Dr Vladimir Timonkin has saved the life of a passenger who lost consciousness. Vladimir Timonkin is the bald guy with the glasses who is often at the side of the floor during competitions.

Angelina Melnikova is at the Krylatsky sports medicine clinic for sports injury, under the care of Dr Eduard Bezuglov, the clinic director.

I am very relieved that following worlds, she is seeking immediate treatment for her knee injury for it would be very easy, especially after such a successful competition and her new ability to compete internationally again that she might be tempted by the autumn competition season in Europe but it appears not, thankfully.

Not really social media, but Brad Meltzer, who has a children's book series "I Am...", just announced his next book in the series will be Simone. He revealed it on the popular DC101 morning radio show while promoting his most recent book, "I Am The Beatles."

Brad was on the show yesterday to talk about "I Am Simone Biles," which is out now. He described a poignant moment that was portrayed in the book shortly after Simone was adopted. She asked them if she could call them mom and dad, and they were like that's fine. She practices saying it and then one day says, "Mom, Dad," just to say it to them for the first time, and her parents were just like, "Yeah, what's up, kiddo?"
