Vault Bonus

• A bonus of 0.20 will be awarded for performing 2 vaults with saltos in different directions (bwd/fwd) in the second flight.− “Cuervo” type vaults are considered as vaults with salto in fwd direction

• In order to credit the bonus, both vaults must be performed without a fall.

• The bonus will be added to the Final Score (average of the 2 vaults).

So I know we were spoiled by Simone but FX is such a snoozer these days. Never thought I would say it, but I miss Aly--at least her passes did something.

MAG vault is often a heart attack of flailing limbs, but Davtyan nailed those.

Until Simone, Ally’s first pass was just state of the art. I totally miss her. And yes, FX is just a total bore now.

"I was there. Ruby did two vaults, on the second she missed her block (front entry) and landed very far forward, under the table. It looked like her knees collided with her eyes/upper face. She sat down with the medic and both GB coaches for a minute and left unassisted although in obvious pain. She wasn't limping."
