Scott Sherman is Associate Head Coach, so will the promote him? He is going into year 30 with the team. Seems the most likely replacement.

Having met her, I'm not surprised at all. I think this was definitely what her goal was. I think she will be a big improvement, Bev had been completely absent in the recruiting process recently and that definitely had an effect on some.

On the new hire - personally I wish they looked outside the program a bit just because I think they need a refresh of staff given their downward trajectory but I understand it's an awkward time to be searching for a head coach. Hopefully Maile can get them back up the rankings.
