I have rediscovered the wonders of icing

Longstanding unaddressed injuries in this case. No amount of ice is going to fix my upper trap that is wound up tighter than a Chihuahua during a thunderstorm.

Anyways, someone tell me when things get started, I've got the Orioles game on until then.

It looked like he rhand slipped a little on Friday, too. I chalked that up to nerves, vaulting immediately after Kayla got hurt.
