That's two days in a row of nervy beam for Simone. While I'm not remotely suggesting she be benched on beam, it does increase the case for a consistent beamer to take the pressure off

Is Hezly going to continue after this? I honestly have absolutely no sense of the kid herself--she's completely overshadowed by the adults around her. If she wants to quit/drop to level 10, they might let her after she achieves their goal of the Olympics

She's young and we don't know much about her.

I like that she's improved her leaps. I thought she was really impressive in the prelims during the last Olympic cycle. I was very disappointed that her improved flexibility didn't carry over into her NCAA career.
