I never got that NBC was pushing McCool as the unexpected Olympic All Around champion. But maybe that is me?

I just took it as the new senior that is making a push for the Olympics.

NBC did the same thing for both Schwikert and Hernandez. If you recall, NBC hyped Schwikert during the American Cup series as someone that Bela loved.

Yeah, from what I remember, NBC pretty much consistently was hyping Carly as the "new Mary Lou" since the first meet she appeared at. There was a brief push for Uzelac, but that fizzled out pretty quickly.
