NWGJA isn't happy and he's probably going to get some "feedback".
I wasn't too impressed with the way he came across. He's been a judge for 4 years and admitted that when he was a coach he just kind of accepted the scores.
Starting out with “They Don’t Know What They’re Doing” is not a good look. I'm sure some people don't, but this makes it sound like the problem is widespread.
I don't pay much attention to the women's NCAA, so I have no idea.
The men's judges aren't perfect. There have been D scores off by a whole point, resulting in someone making an event final. It sounds like some of the problems are similar - not enough continuing education, low pay so NCAA doesn't get the best judges, and some people who really don't know what they are doing.
