CBS randomly decided to show the floor event finals from the 1994 NCAA Championships. It had everything: from bowl-cut Kim Kelly to a still emotional Suzanne Metz (Utah had won the team title) to Tina Brinkman's open shoulder leo to Hope Spivey Sheeley's rewind choreography.
But the most entertaining part of it was after Tina goes and is very generously scored a 9.95 for her "talk of the competition" rudi through to double back mount. The camera keeps on zooming in on her face, and she starts off being able to clap for her competitors. But when Hope does her final pass (14:08), you can see Tina wishing for a mistake, and when it doesn't happen, she attempts to clap but literally cannot. Tina wanted the win so bad.
