I'm so tempted to make a joke about Christian theology but don't want to start a religious war on a gymnastics forum.

So why even make the post then?

Jordan's parents have long run a "church" with his siblings They're revivalists, which in my not-so-generous opinion (being a very liberal mainline Protestant) is nothing more than a grift cloaked in God's name. Gina's been a pastor for decades, including while she was actively committing fraud. Being ordained as a pastor in these sorts of churches doesn't involve years of rigorous study. You basically say "I feel lead to the ministry!" and get some other pastor to say "sure, yep, you're a pastor now, Amen!" And half the time, that pastor "ordaining" you is a relative.

I've got FEELINGS about the revivalist/charismatic movement.

I was just googling to see if her other kid does gymnastics (she doesn’t) and I didn’t know she had a third child in 2022! Maybe that one will be the gymnast lol. They already made an Instagram page for her.
