No firm details, and no idea how this might impact athletes who defer or pause in order to pursue the Olympics (typically NCAA was very forgiving of that).

Hahahahaha, that's cute, the NCAA is dead as an enforcement organization. They can come up with all the rules and guidelines they want, but much like the NIL "rules" it will only go into effect IF the universities choose to follow along. And right now, the Universities are all actiing in their self-interest, which means they will not turn away any opportunity to get a competitive advantage, see Alabama basketball, vanderbilt football, Miami football, all Texas Tech sports, etc etc etc.

Ultimately, the solution will be athletes as employees that are unionized and collectively bargain with some entity not name NCAA.

Latest is five years of eligibility, can compete all five years. No more redshirts.
