Mixed Cup Medal at the 2028 Olympics?

I'd rather see a mixed FULL team (say, 6 members, 3 men + 3 women) and a same-sex pair competition.

That doesn't read the way I meant it, but you know what I mean.

I think this was the first and last time this leotard was used. In 1999 Adidas took over from Reebok. I really like it.

It would be cool if there was a single team overall event — MAG, WAG, Rhythmic, Tramp, Tumbling, Double Mini (though maybe I'd throw in one more men's to keep it balanced... until a day that Rhythmic allows all genders). Only one performance per apparatus.

It is the IOC that doesn’t allow men’s RG. It doesn’t even allow a full programme of women’s RG. The IOC sees RG’s role as redressing the overall balance of male and female athletes.

Many national federations recognise men’s RG. In Russia it has been recognised since 2009, when Irina Viner was head of the federation. She later funded a Japanese group to tour Russia. They were very well received. There is individual competition too, the current top gymnast is Artem Sokolov.
