I hope she’s working on AA but at present her having been out means seeing how it goes. She could be anchoring beam if she kept up her skills.

How many years of NCAA does Eaker have left?

Two. As long as she had a gap year to sit out last season, otherwise just one because she would be a senior with Grace, Jade, Leanne.

I believe she has a gap year as she was supposed to go in 2021-2022 season and didn't defer, which wouldn't have mattered anyway since an additional gap year was provided to athletes since the '20 Olympics was postponed due to COVID.

So what do we envision for Eaker at Georgia?
Just a beam specialist or will she do more events or even the AA?
She did beam and floor as a sophomore.
She did beam and floor as a freshman until she got injured and then just returned for beam.
We know she was training 1.5TY and also bars.

I am curious as what Roberts and Landi will do with her. She would be a good lead off on floor and I can see a clean bars as well, though Georgia's best event last season was unquestionably uneven bars.

A clean 1.5TY would also make the line up. Vault was UGA's weakest apparatus.

Plus the fact that last year they had only two 10.0 start value vaults and this year they'll have the potential for 6! (Tomlin, Aquino, Backsay, Smith, Wahl and Battle)

As a side note on Utah they admitted “missteps” in handling a student domestic abuse case that resulted in the student’s murder.

This brings back memories of the end of my freshman year of college where two girls were murdered on-campus in the same week by their respective stalker/ex and the university had to admit their “missteps.”
