Hopes for the year and the quad

WAG
2025: I am aching to see Jessica Gadirova have a successful comeback. Her rehab videos have been fascinating and I'm looking forward to seeing what she's capable of this year.
Quad: I want to see a close WAG TF (given up hoping that everyone hits!). The battle for bronze in Paris was exciting and I'd love to see that tension between gold and silver. Tokyo feels further away than it actually is with Russia having been absent from competition.

MAG
2025: I hope I get my head around the new COP sooner rather than later.
Quad: MAG seems to be in a good state so I'll be nationalistic and say that I'm looking forward to seeing how GB pick their teams. It has been so long since they haven't needed to factor in a PH specialist.
