Evans with a fumble on her third pass, tucked the layout and nearly sat it down. But she kept her butt off the floor. 12.8, no medal.

Clean routine from Melnikova. I don't imagine it will be close to Voinea but I really appreciate how detail-oriented she is in her dance. You can see the work she puts into it (not in a bad way though). 13.4 for second.

Her first pass is a gem: skills she can do, put into a difficult combination. Maybe she could apply that approach on beam...

How she gets the power she does from those awful back handsprings is beyond me, but I do still love the first pass despite the technique in the double layout.
