2X Olympic Gold Medallist & 5X World Figure Skating Champion Dick Button has passed away at the age of 95. An absolute legend in the sport, Button is remembered for his insightful & witty commentary, love of the sport & incredible efforts to further the development of professional figure skating.

Of course there's an overlap between the figure skating fandom and gymnastics fandom. I'm not sure where people who post here fall, but I'm a huge figure skating nerd as well. Today has just been the saddest day for me and a couple of my friends. Sadder than Sergei Grinkov's passing for sure.
