I'm a figure skating junkie for sure.

But I also love (both skiing/snowboarding) half pipe and aerials

BTW, @Big_rock_show , I appreciate how you made the effort to like everyone's posts so far. I wish more people did that. It's nice to be seen, even on the internet.
Awww, that’s so nice of you! I started the post because I genuinely wanted to hear everyone’s answers 💛

All of figure skating- the team event especially is exciting, want to see if USA can repeat as gold medalists. Who will represent AIN?

Curling is always fun to watch.

Freestyle Skiing.

Speed skating and luge.

Ice Hockey will be exciting especially the women's rivalry between Canada and the US.

The women’s hockey is high on my priority list because I follow college hockey so closely and there will be like 5 or 6 Badgers on the team!!

I'm not SUPER into any of the winter sports specifically, but I'll watch whatever is on (and particularly like short track, aerials, and the ones where they snowboard down 4 at a time). My uncle is going to a few things (opening ceremonies, some women's hockey, and ski cross I think) so I'll probably watch out for those, and then I'm curious about the new sport (ski mountaineering) predominantly b/c it sounds so unpleasant I'm compelled to watch!

Who do you take on the Men's figure skating as the third memeber. Maxim Naumov came 3rd. Jason brown bombed his fs. Went from 3rd to 12th on free skate with an 8th place finishing. It would suck for Maxim to be bumped by Jason again especially since Jason finished 8th. I know USAg will probably still take brown.

I'm starting to get excited to add another lanyard (or 2 for the paralympics!) to my collection!

What is the logic for giving Brown a berth on the Worlds team and making Naumov the alternate? The conversations behind the scenes in this sport must be even weirder than the ones in gymnastics...
Let alone there being some very valid questions about the judging of Hiwatashi's free skate, as well as those of Chan/Howe and Shin/Nagy
I would've had Hiwatashi in fourth and Shin/Nagy in fourth as well, and certainly not Chan/Howe scored as highly as they did. One judge apparently had them first in the free skate? Which is madness even on a night where noone fully showed up.
