Very slowly catching up and just watched the end of the Sprouts meet. During the confrontation with the official, it looked like Jay had his hand on the woman's arm. I would be uncomfortable with someone I don't know touching me in a professional context—I could tolerate it, but it's uncomfortable. Doing so in the middle of a heated argument would really crank up the discomfort. Like, it makes me shudder to think about it.

Yea that could be an intimidation tactic. Should be no physical touch -especially one that might not be welcomed.

I absolutely agree that Jay Clark has his hand on that judge's arm. Watching it unfold live, and admittedly not being a Clark fan, I thought he was increasingly out of line. But the touching of her arm and leaving his hand there for an extended period of time, really really really rubbed me the wrong way. It was both patronizing and intimidating, and I believe he absolutely meant it to be both those things. He knows what he's doing.
