That LSU leo is a strappy back done well. By all means have the straps - they’re pretty, but line them (with non-flesh coloured fabric), and then they’re also flattering and practical.

No photo, as I'm watching on TV, But I am 99% sure GWU is wearing a navy blue velvet leo with white sheer sleeves. Rhinestones on bodice. It's very 1998.

It does look like the bottom is velvet

Thanks for the pic. Was hard to really see with the quad view they used for the broadcast (and I was trying to make soup at the same time). So not sheer, just white lycra. Looks like maybe mystique where the rhinestones are, and then velvet bottom.

Still very late '90s early '00s vibe.

Velvet seems to be making a comeback; IL also had velvet leos today.
