This graphic is a little misleading because I believe the 11pm EST Tuesday is actually Monday night in the US, even though it is the morning of 10/21 in Indonesia.

Yes, sorry they clarified that in a message. They start Monday at 11pm and finish Tuesday after midnight.
But subdivision 4 is officially listed as Day 2 of qualifications by the FIG.

Monday, October 20: 9 am US Eastern--Qualification subdivision 3 (Germany, Algeria, Uzbekistan, Singapore, Luxembourg, Taiwan, Peru) on Eurovision Sport

Tuesday, October 21: 2:30 am US Eastern--Qualification subdivision 6 (Australia, Romania, Egypt, Belgium, Latvia, Mongolia, Sweden, Costa Rica) on Eurovision Sport

Thursday, October 23: 7:30 am US Eastern--Women's AA Finals on Peacock and Eurovision Sport

Friday, October 24: 3:00 am US Eastern--VT and UB Finals on Peacock and Eurovision Sport

Saturday, October 25: 3:00 am US Eastern--BB and FX Finals on Peacock and Eurovision Sport
