I am so stoked for Dulcy. The idiots on Twitter were wailing and complaining about a “wasted spot” as soon as the team was announced. She’s proven here that her selection wasn’t a fluke. She has been the best American on multiple days in the AA.

You have to hit on the day.

I hope this gives her confidence going into next year. Lots of things to fix.

If anything - Josc, with all her injuries, and clear likelihood that she would need to downgrade just to get through the week, was the riskiest choice. She’s lucky that Leanne fucked up on vault.

I’m still confused about Skye’s beam score.

Watching this reminds me of how much I hate that everyone has to swing bars on the same setting. If you ever seen the FIG setting in person, you know it's so tiny. We have 3 settings in our gym and none of them are that small.

The official results are showing those who have mathematically qualified, though!

Petisco is the only gymnast who can knock Caylor out of FX finals. If that doesn't happen, I will find my post from selection camp where I predicted Caylor into BB and FX EFs

Agreed. This would've been the year to send Hang out to a major competition and see how she does. This isn't even a hindsight is 20/20 thing; foresight should've told TPTB that Roberson wasn't going to make it through to EFs without a lot of help from falls and mistakes.
