Big weekend as we wind down toward conference championships.
Just two more weeks after this weekend to improve NQS before conferences.

Big Ten quad meets are happening this weekend.
Michigan, Illinois, Minnesota @Maryland
Nebraska, Rutgers, UCLA, @Ohio State
Michigan State, Penn State, Washington @Iowa

UCLA can clinch regular season championships (and undefeated Big Ten season) by winning the meet.

SEC also has a big weekend
(8) Missouri @ (6)Florida- how will Florida rebound from injuries. Missouri looking to drop a 196.675 score with a 197+ here. Florida with a chance to drop a 196.675 home score. Both teams looking for 197+ with Florida needing 197.6 to move ahead of Utah.

(10)Kentucky @ (9)Georgia- Kentucky with a chance for a road score to drop a 196.500. Georgia needs better than 196.825 to drop a home score. Kentucky with the chance to move past Georgia here.

(17)Alabama @ (16)Arkansas- battle for 8th/9th in the SEC. Time is running out! Alabama with the major advantage to drop a 196.100, which would really boost their NQS and could rocket them up the standings, up as far as 9th/10th depending on what the other teams accomplish. Arkansas' lowest home score is 196.875, which is more of a challenge to drop. This is probably the most crucial meet of the weekend. Current NQS is Bama 196.690, Arkansas 196.715.

(1) Oklahoma vs (11) Auburn- Oklahoma would love to drop a 197.675 road score, and has the chance against Auburn. The Tigers are in a fight with Missouri, Kentucky, Georgia for the 4th and final slot for the night session of SEC. Auburn would like to drop a 196.700 home score.

Another big meet is (5)Cal, UC Davis, (12)Oregon State @ (14)Stanford. Cal would like to drop a 196.950, which is likely. But needs a big hit on the road to stay in the top 5. The Beavers want to drop a 196.025- which could pop them up into the top 8 depending on their score and how everyone else does. Stanford also with an opportunity to climb into the top 12 as they can drop a 196.175 home score. Their other home scores are in the 197s. UC Davis would love to drop a 193.525 and with a big away score would move them up from 51st placement.

Friend told me that she was hosting an invitational and wasn’t competing this week. She’s on my fantasy team so that’s annoying!

I had her on beam but I took her out and replaced her before it locked lol

Western Michigan was at 42nd place with an NQS of 194.960.
They had a season high 196.500 away at Eastern Michigan last night, which was huge as they were able to drop a 194.675 road score.
This brings their NQS from 194.960 up to 195.316, a difference of .356!

They are now in 35th, pushing George Washington to 36th and Central Michigan to 37th.

Of course still have meets this weekend including GWU at LSU, so prime time for a big road meet score.

But jumping from 42nd to 35th is a big move and put WMU back in the hunt for regionals. They still have two 194s one from home and one from away they would like to drop and climb up the rankings.

Does anything ne have a link for GWU vs. LSU scores? I'm bummed that it (apparently) not on TV.

Florida in a pride leo tonight. Which is quite the statement for Florida's flagship university. (Screw Ron DeSantis!)

Crazy scoring in Florida. Danie Ferris got a 9.85 for a Y1.5 with a noticable squat and step backwards. Meanwhile Missouri's Olivia Kelly smacked her feet on the mat coming out of a shoot over and then took a step forward on her dismount, yet somehow scored a 9.8. Can't wait for what awaits us in the rest of the meet.
