This is why I don't watch NCAA.

I don't know what's worse — the terrorism of FIG judging or the joke of NCAA judging.

When the only reliably taken deductions are steps on tumbling passes, it makes sense to reduce them if you can do it and keep a 10.0 start value - and pretty much any D1 gymnast can

right. I get that it makes sense from the gymnasts's perspective. But why does NCAA allow it?

This is why I don't watch NCAA.

I don't know what's worse — the terrorism of FIG judging or the joke of NCAA judging.

It’s interesting, because I’d say that the domestic judging of the top countries, is actually there or thereabouts in the happy middle between the FIG pen and the NCAA pen. But yet we all complain about domestic scoring inflation!
