she is very promising, I'd like to see her tighten up her legs and feet. Do you think she gets dinged for the last half turn from stalder before the dismount. The video I watched wasn't from a helpful angle and it looked short to me.

What do you guys see for her regarding bars upgrades? She kind of reminds me of Ashton Lockhart in that I can’t think of a routine that could up her D score with her current skill set.
(I don't remember skill names well) In the night 1 video above, she could connect the pak to the back-to-high bar transition without the inbetween handstand. Would that up her score any?

I'm guessing anyone with medal aspirations is looking at what Nemour is doing--connect everything, do it with great execution, get off the apparatus.

Ashton could've done a Tweddle, lots of people could have, but it wasn't widely realized before 2018 that you only had to catch in mixed grip to do them, rather than turn in the air.

I'd like to see Charleigh work towards a Bhardwaj. It pairs well with the Komova. Then from there she could work towards a Downie+Pak to start the routine. Endo 1/2 could also help and there's always the possibility of a dismount upgrade.

I think it was the Stalder. If not credited as a C (because outside 10° of HS) she would count 3 E, 4 D and 1 B for DV of 3,3, 2,0 for CR 0,3 for CV and 0,2 for DMT for 5,9. With the Stalder as C she would have 6,0.
This is the only thing I could think of, but from this angle it looked fine to me. Judges of course have a different angle.

Junior worlds selction camp is in October. The selection procedures say "In addition to the top two (2) Junior All Around athletes from the combined rank order of two days of competition at the 2025 U.S. Gymnastics Championships, and the four (4) athletes selected to the Junior Pan American Games Team, the Athlete Selection Committee will invite accepted petitioned athletes and up to four (4) additional athletes from among the competitors at the 2025 U.S. Gymnastics Championships to the Junior World Team Selection Event" [emphasis mine]

So we know Moreau, Anzola, L. Crain, Bullock, Smith, and VanGrinsven will be at selection. The next 4 in rank order from nationals were Pugh-Banks, Sath, Wood, and Fulcher. I wonder if they'll take those 4, or less. None of them are clearly better than Crain or Bullock, and Moreau certainly looked miles better than everyone at nationals (although not the case at US Classic). Maybe they take all 4 because USAG loves Fulcher.

Agreed with this. I hope they will be sent to the Youth Olympic Games next year as well.
All three are 2010 girls, so they'll be seniors next year.

Current junior national team members born in 2011: Espy Chang, Aulya Daniels, Amia Pugh-Banks, Kylie Smith, and Addalye VanGrinsven.

non-national team juniors with 2011 or later birthdays:
Vivi Crain (2012)
Anslee McCauley (2011)
Amariah Moore (2012)
Sydney Williams (2012)
