The fight from cal and Kentucky (and even auburn and Arkansas) were very memorable. The performances of Utah and UCLA were underwhelming (get em out of theeeerrrre) and maybe Florida as well. Does this shake up your final 4 predictions?

MSU, LSU, OU, and Mizzou would be a very fun final with a healthy amount of upset / underdog

I thought the top 8 coming into regionals would produce a great nationals and it was also clear that Cal was the most at-risk of getting left behind with Bama at home. Regionals tends to be that meet where a small number of teams have a great meet and the others that make it through tend to grit it out. That was again true here.

I assume nothing about how teams are going to perform at nationals based on how they performed at regionals but my best guess is that OU, FL, LSU will make it through to the final 4 and it will be whoever's best on the day between UCLA, MSU, and Utah for the final spot. My preference for the final 4 would be OU, MO, UCLA and MSU.

Which teams will be competing in the afternoon session at Nationals, and which will be competing in the evening session?

I want to say the SEC will be competing at night and all the others plus LSU in the afternoon

Semi Final 1: Afternoon Session
Oklahoma, Missouri, Florida, Alabama

Semi Final 2: Night Session
LSU, Michigan State, UCLA, Utah

This chart is helpful because it has the individuals as well as the team rotations:

Finally got round to watching OU and Missouri.

So happy to see OU look like OU again. Vault still not as good as they can do it but they were lights out on the other 3 events. If they can keep this momentum at nationals, it's going to make a great battle with LSU and Fl. Also great to see Bowers back to her best - I have the bars and floor 10s as real and the vt as fake - but still an incredible day for her.

Missouri suprised me this year. I didnt realise their squad as this good. They will need a better showing at nationals to make final 4 but they have it in them.

I didn't know where to ask this, so this seemed like as good a place as any. Does anyone know where Alexis Jeffrey has been? She hasn't competed since mid-February, but I haven't heard anything about an injury (or any mention of her at all) here or on gymnastics Reddit or even the LSU sports message board. And I haven't scrutinized the team members on the sidelines at their last few meets but I haven't noticed her there either. Just curious about what's happening since she was a pretty consistent part of the bars lineup.

She was in pictures at regionals; didn't look to be dressed to compete. Other than that haven't heard anything.

Pretty sure she is injured, unless she was the sacrificial lamb when Bryant was put back on bars.

Cowen, McClain, Chio weren't leaving bars and it looks like they preferred Zeiss to lead off followed by Cowan.
I would have figured Zeiss was out for Bryant and have Jeffrey as lead off again. But I am not Jay.
