Is it just me or does Oklahoma look tired?
Was it a good strategy to use 5 AAers to start the year and gradually go to 4?
Is it a lack of depth that they needed to go so AA heavy?

When Oklahoma was starting to become top tier favorites, they prided themselves on not having any AAers.

Fletcher and Scheible's injuries certainly reduced their depth. I thought we'd see more of Slade but she hasn't been looking great and, when they've put Siegfeldt in, she's been inconsistent. My best guess is that they're sticking with the top 6 on each event and, for this year, that's meant a lot of AAers. But I can't imagine that was their strategy to focus on AAers. That coaching staff is too smart to take that risk unnecessarily.

The other thing I wonder is if the move into the SEC and the debacle at Semis last year has put them under a lot of new/unfamiliar pressure and contributed to them being tired along with the AAers that have been putting up the bulk of the routines every week.

With one rotation left it looks good for LSU and MSU.
LSU 148.675, MSU 148.650! (chasing LSU), Kentucky 148.225, Arkansas 148.125.
MSU going to beam (deep breath). LSU on vault should pull away. Kentucky to floor and Arkansas to bars. As long as MSU does its usual on beam they should qualify.

That's exactly what it was. KJ has already said she never expects to use as many AAers as she did this year again but thats just how it worked out due to the injuries they've had and having so many freshman who weren't ready to compete yet.
