The men's AA leader Dukhno is only 17.

He has a Yonakura (didn't do that here) and a Y triple twist.

He finished way ahead - Sr and Jr scores in MAG aren't that different anymore because both have 8 skills. His score would have been good for 5th in the Jakarta AA, ahead of Oka Shinnosuke. I don't think he even hit everything.

Danila Leykin didn't finish too far out of Silver. And he's good on HB, which the USA needs.
We also need ringmen, so Reive is a good sign.

Kayumova was poor. Only 1 fall I think, on triple wolf on bb. But she seemed very unconfident in her gymnastics overall.

I am very impressed by the Japanese gymnasts. They seem to have a very strong national programme and a lot of depth.

Quite a few countries with strong senior teams are weak in their junior ranks. GB, Brazil, Italy and Netherlands.

It is encouraging that vault was an extremely competitive final to get into. You needed 13.2 v 13.6 at senior worlds.
