The 0.2 bonus is actually a 0.4 bonus, because it gets applied at the end, whereas trying to improve your difficulty or execution on a vault is cut in half for vault finals. For example, if your vaults are a DTY and Tsuk 1.5, changing that Tsuk 1.5 into a Lopez (same difficulty 2nd vault) is the same advantage as upgrading your DTY to an Amanar (0.4 higher difficulty).

A very flawed system.
