When the Australian Open was on, there was a group of Americans complaining it wasnt being played at a better time for the US.
Jade made the correct choice to take the guaranteed spot. I think it allowed her to be paced much better then most of the other US athletes to peak at the Olympics instead of at trials.
I understand that. The pool is small so there is less athletes that would be seen as worthy of an assignment.
I just wish they would send some athletes, even if their podiums chances were low. It would be great expereince to compete at a worlds qualifier. Get that international feedback on...

I also know nothing about the French pair (and it seems it's better it stays that way) but really enjoyed their routines. There was something mesmerising about the whale concept and I'm a sucker for a good vogue routine.
I completely agree as well. There should be requirements to turn up to things when you are on national team and those that do turn up deserving the funding for doing so.

It's the half-on entry. JNCAA judges (outside of Chiles last year) are always tougher on different entires than they are on yuchenkos. Just another frustrating inconsistency when it comes to judges.
The Alabama/Oklahoma was great. Both teams looked really good and nothing controversial happened.
