I think it's good to hire someone from outside the gymnastics bubble. Maybe an outside view will help modernise the way some things are done and bring a fresh perspective to the organisation.
IF that is true, why would you tell anyone thats what you've agreed to do?
Camelia is clearly a monster who should never be allowed near a gym again but this specific incident sounds a bit too far fetched to be believable without clear evidence.
You can always find ways in judging to justify changing a close result. But I don't think the gymnastics communities view is relevant here given how much bias exists in this discussion.
Popular US Gymnast vs Controversial Russian. Of course the community thinks the US gymnast should have won.
Even if Schoenmaier's appears better in the screenshots, they also arent deduction-less moments from her. For some of them, it is the same deduction amount as Melnikova's too despite the screenshots making it look drastically different.

I agree on that. That's the type of training mix that I hope becomes more normalised moving forward given the benefits cross-training is showing to have.
And with many gymnasts globally peaking at an older age, this type of mixed training at a younger age could help more athletes still be...
A lot of that is children not feeling fear the same as they do the they get older. The older you get, the more you understand the risks of landing on your neck so skills become more scary to do.
In my expereince at Dance Studios, if we taught them the base arco skill before they started to...
