I feel like this is a Reddit derived social contagion. Why’s there a perception that in bars are difficult/dangerous/harder for older athletes? Like unless she’s grown in height since last competing them, they are not a difficult skill to get back. If anything they can be easier than a standard stalder as they don’t require the same level of flexibility in the inner hips
 
I think Mustafina's comment the childbirth was easier than inbars (or getting her inbars back?) probably has a lot to do with it
I think it’s a good example of how pregnancy affects different female athletes completely differently. My guess is that it completely screwed her lower abdominal core and hips.

Also, without being unkind. It is now very evident that she does not have a naturally lean body type and the work she must have put into coming back would have been insane
