What are the busybody requirements for this? Presumably you have to be standing on two feet to check the box (and her chest roll laterally across the beam wouldn't count).

WTC Evaluation of Movements Sideways on Balance Beam

Under Article 12.5 - Artistry and Composition Deductions, gymnasts will receive a 0.1 deduction for ‘Lack of Movements Sideways’.

I think 8.2 E at most for that routine. Before the layout full and dismount she'll be hit with deductions for both pause and unnecessary step, and those moves both have leg separation deductions too. Artistry deduction could be .2, since .1 for insufficient side choreo is guaranteed and some judges will somehow try to hit her somewhere else too. I don't see multiple deductions happening for the last sissone, and I don't see everyone taking a deduction for the full turn, but I do think some judges could try to thrown in a bent leg deduction for a LOSO.

I watch this routine every few months. The height she gets on her layout 1/1 is insane. Sadly, we will probably never see another beam routine that even comes close to rivaling this one in beauty and difficulty.

I always watch the 1997 Worlds routine since it also has the Rulfova, but that one would get even more deducted these days, since she has additional "unnecessary step" + pause deductions before that move.
