Today, I randomly stumbled into the fact that 1999 World All-Around Champion and Olympic some-color-medalist-depending-how-you-see-it Maria Olaru has an (active) fitness channel.

Alicia Sacramone’s Instagram frequently featured fitness. I think prior to her current role she was a personal trainer of some sort. A lot of her exercises were geared towards pregnancy and postpartum and using the new infant as a weight.
