Well at least we know she was doing the 1 1/2 in 1998 too so she had a variety of vaults to play with. In a Worlds prelims she could repeat the 1.5 twist, but then would need to do the FTY or HS piked front for the second vault should the USA make team finals.
 
Weird that she was competitive everywhere but floor that quad, where she was a defending Olympic medalist. By 2000 the tumbling was WAY too easy for her though (she takes just a few steps into each of her double saltos, which are incredibly well-rotated). I wonder what else she was capable of but wasn't doing for fear of injury.

She made that piked full in look so effortless.

I wonder who did that floor routine. Her previous choreography was always done by Geza, but by this point, Linda Johnson was doing all of the floor routines at Hill's, including the elites. There's a fair bit of recycled choreo from Dawes's previous routines in here, I'm almost thinking she may have done it herself.

I see some suggestions from Bogy's 1989 Fiesta choreography. And it suits her.
