I'm not surprised by this; with all the NCAA news, I kind of figured this would happen, but still sad nonetheless.

I think it was because there were not many other HBCU schools with women's gymnastics, if any.

Talladega had a team, but it was eliminated. Then Wilberforce added a team, but that's it. After next season, it will just be Wilberforce and I wouldn't be shocked to see them eliminated, too.
