I'm clenching my teeth so hard that my jaw hurts.

They also listed everyone's home province except Ke Qinqin's. Dongguan is a city in Guangdong province. It's not a province.

It's not that hard to get things right, is it?

Umm.... Why is Zhang Boheng, one of the 2 best gymnasts in the world for about 5 years now, the RESERVE athlete when Yang Haonan, who's really a rings guy, is on the team?!?!!

I can understand Shi Cong and Xie Chenyi. PB and HB are their best apparatus, and I think Shi Cong is pretty good on FX.

Also a bit surprised about Ke Qinqin as a reserve, but I guess this event is kind of event specialist friendly? Or maybe I don't understand the format. Anyway such a strong Chinese team.

So 7 countries listed. Does that mean that there will be USA 1 and USA 2?

Putting my irritation aside, that is a stellar Chinese team. They're taking this competition format very seriously in the run-up to LA '28.

I wouldn't be suprised if Ke Qinqin ended up competing in Zhang Yihan's place. The coaches might want to make sure that Ke is 100% ready for her senior debut. Otherwise, I can't see why they'd make her an alternate for this event rather than sending her to a World Cup.

Why does this have to be in Vegas--or well, it's actually Henderson Fucking Nevada? Why not Madison Square Garden? I can get there by train.
