I’d love to see Laurie return to the Olympic team once again. Seeing athletes comeback as they get older is very inspirational and good for the sport in general.

It plays for me! I remember coaching that routine. None of my kids looked that flawless, though!

Can you even imagine being another level 3 kid at that meet? When I was a level 3 I was a wobbly little bundle of weirdly proportioned arms and legs.

I cant get over the splits in the routine (split jump, in her back walkover) and her toe point. I wish I knew what this scored. I am guessing like a 9.8 or 9.9 I only saw one little wobble on the half turn.

According to mymeetscores, she scored a 9.65. It would certainly be higher with today’s JO judging.

L4 for sure, L3 then had no BHS. L5 had BHS BHS and L6 had BHS BT
