    Would you define tapping as “brushing” or “hitting.” I guess by definition, tapping without losing rhythm is “brushing” the apparatus.

    Not sure which Komova clip you saw, but if it’s the one I saw it’s not fan-made. It’s actually from a PPT at a FIG judges meeting.

    There is no deduction for brush on apparatus if gymnast maintains rhythm.
