I don’t know where it is now but we watched it on Peacock streaming live while waiting for opening ceremonies to begin. It ended right on time to switch feeds to the ceremony starting. They only showed the top few skaters in each category though.

They were always planning on a permanent location. From the first canceled camp in 2018 when they cut ties completely with the Karolyi Ranch, they said the alternate sites that host camps are just until a permanent location could be determined...

This isn’t the new permanent National Training Center, that’s being built in Noblesville, Indiana. The gymnastics summer camp FlipFest is in Crossville, Tennessee. USAG is still temporarily using their gym/bunks/facilities until the NTC is built.

I think if she was named to the team then told right off the bat that she wasn’t doing AA it may have taken some of the pressure off.
