Chen Cuiting is pretty underrated in my opinion. She had amazing form on her double tuck here:

pang panpan had lovely floor especially as a Chinese gymnast and I feel she isn't discussed much if at all I also think Zhang nan is underrated - she won bronze at 2003 worlds and the 2004 olympics yet I rarely see her mentioned

I think they were surprised by the public reaction to the big mess and now they're trying to minimize it as much as possible by just waiting until people forget

tatiana kim for sure. she was an amazing, promising soviet junior but didn't have much success as a senior. here is her floor routine, she has so much artistry for one so young

tbh I don't have high expectations for China...it's a shame because I'm a huge Chinese gymnastics fan but I think they'll end up with little to no golds like in 2016

I love her gymnastics so much, I'm glad she's training a nabieva so hopefully she can make worlds (maybe olympics 2028? I'm reaching I know)
